CENPQ（Centromere Protein Q）是一种与细胞分裂密切相关的蛋白质，属于着丝粒蛋白家族（CENP家族），该家族成员主要参与染色体的正确分离和有丝分裂的调控。CENPQ定位于着丝粒区域，在染色体组装和纺锤体微管附着过程中发挥关键作用，确保遗传物质在细胞分裂时均等分配到子细胞中。CENP家族的共性包括维持着丝粒结构完整性、介导动粒与微管的连接以及监控有丝分裂检查点，防止非整倍体（染色体数目异常）的发生。CENPQ的功能缺失或突变可能导致染色体分离错误，引发基因组不稳定性，进而与癌症（如乳腺癌、结直肠癌）及发育障碍（如小头畸形）相关。若CENPQ表达降低，细胞可能出现染色体错配、非整倍体增加或分裂延迟，最终触发细胞凋亡；而过表达可能干扰正常着丝粒功能，导致异常微管附着或检查点逃逸，促进肿瘤进展。研究还发现CENPQ与其他CENP成员（如CENPA、CENPH）协同作用，共同维持着丝粒复合体的稳定性。目前针对CENPQ的调控机制仍在探索中，但其作为有丝分裂关键分子的特性，使其成为癌症治疗潜在靶点。
